06 · REAL VEHICLE INSTALLATION

Replace the manual jack at its existing mounting position.

On most compatible trailer and caravan chassis, the manual jack can be removed and the AOZI electric leg fitted at the original position using the existing bolt pattern—without drilling, cutting or welding. A small number of chassis designs require confirmation or a model-specific bracket before supply.

Questions buyers usually confirm before quotation.

Is this a four-leg system?

Yes. The reference configuration is one complete system with four coordinated electric legs.

Can it level a caravan automatically?

The controller uses sensor feedback to coordinate the legs for automatic leveling and stabilization.

What is the rated load?

The confirmed rated load is 800 kg per leg and 3,200 kg combined for the four-leg system.

Does it fit every chassis?

It fits most common chassis layouts. On compatible models, the original manual jack is removed and the electric leg is bolted into the existing position without drilling, cutting or welding. A small number of chassis designs require confirmation or a model-specific bracket.

Can the system lift the whole vehicle?

The system is specified for leveling and stabilization. It is not presented as a whole-vehicle lifting or wheel-lifting system.

What information is needed for a fitment review?

Send the vehicle model, maximum vehicle mass, chassis drawing or available mounting-space dimensions, required stroke, annual quantity, destination country and OEM-branding requirement.
